Iowa Online Education Cost and Financial Aid

Tap the research-driven power of the University of Iowa College of Education from wherever you are, at a surprisingly affordable cost. Tuition and fees are the same for Iowa and out-of-state students, and you may qualify for federally funded student loans.

Iowa is also a proud participant in the Yellow Ribbon program, offering qualifying veterans access to financial support through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, in addition to the benefits available through the Post-9/11 GI Bill.

If your employer offers tuition reimbursement, we may be able to help you with a tuition deferment, allowing you to pay for your tuition upon receipt of funds.
